grünBAG accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped.
grünBAG encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
grünBAG makes every effort to ship orders on the same day for orders submitted before 12.00 p.m. Orders submitted after 12.00 p.m. will only be shipped the next day.
grünBAG uses Post Danmark for delivery (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date that is requested in the order. However, punctual delivery is contingent on Post Danmark keeping to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at Post Danmark, this will similarly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality goal regarding consistency of supply is minimum 97% for letter parcels and minimum 99% for parcel post. Please note, however, that these percentages are average and can cover large local and time-limited variations. grünBAG cannot be held liable for delays with Post Danmark. In the event of a very delayed delivery (several days) or specifically missing deliveries, grünBAG will naturally send a new delivery without charge.
grünBAG provides two years’ warranty pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This includes manufacturing and material defects which are established with the normal use of the item. The warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear that has directly or indirectly occurred as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised actions. Complaint about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered upon usual checking of the item must be notified to grünBAG within a reasonable period of time. The item can then be returned for repair, exchange or, following agreement, possible crediting. In connection with complaint cases, grünBAG pays for the return shipment costs to a reasonable extent.

Returned items must be sent to the above address. Please note that we do not accept COD parcels. Returning can also be done by refusing receipt or the item or by delivering the item to us personally. It is not a requirement, but processing is helped along if complete information is enclosed in the parcel. For example, this could be a copy of the order confirmation, bank sort code and account number to which the refund must be sent, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
In the event of agreed discounts, returned items or pre-paid items that are cancelled before shipment, a whole or partial refund of the purchase sum will be carried out. Refund is normally always carried out by bank transfer and therefore, grünBAG will need information on sort code and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed by e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.
Right of cancellation
14-days right of cancellation is provided on the products, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, just return the item in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. When the item is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price to your account within a few days. You must pay for the cost of returning.
